February 17^th is a historical date for Kosovo, which was declared independent last year on this exact day. IPKO has wished a happy anniversary and a joyful celebration to the citizens of Kosovo through billboards and citylights. Various individuals photographed in front of Kosovo's flag, projected the pride and joy that each citizen, young or old, shares for the first anniversary of the Kosovar state.

The Kosovo Government decided that by 2015, e-Governing – online access to state services, will be available for its citizens. The first step was the launch of the government e-Portal. The portal was designed by Rrota to be as usable as possible for citizens; the portal is separated into categories and themes, according to which, services are classified. Rrota also created the promotional campaign for the e-Portal, specifically creating a TV Ad and an informational brochure.
